NICOLE JOYCE
Nicky qualified as a Person-centred Counsellor in 1992 and gained individual BACP Accreditation in 1996. She established LIFE-FORCE in 1990 and opened the Centre in 1994. Her many years experience along with her genuine approach and well developed organisational skills, ensure LIFE-FORCE Centre is always run in a smooth and efficient manner. She started the Counselling Service in 1994 and oversees the implementation of our policies and procedures on a daily basis.
MARTIN CHESTER
Martin is a vital member of the management team. His position as Service Support Manager covers a variety of essential areas including; health & safety, risk management, building maintenance, implementation of equality and equal opportunities, and providing caring and ethical support to team and student counsellors. His competent and dedicated approach enables the Organisation to maintain high professional standards and provide a safe and welcoming environment.
ALISON SCRUTTON
Alison qualified as an Integrative Counsellor in 1998, and has been helping to run the LIFE-FORCE office since 2000. She has background experience in the financial sector and this, along with her counselling training and methodical administration skills, enables her to deal with the everyday running of the office and Counselling Service in a highly efficient manner. She always has a welcoming, friendly & informative approach when answering enquiries regarding our therapeutic service.
SARAH PAUL
Sarah joined the office team in February 2020. She has a wide background in administration, management and customer service within a variety of office and educational settings. Sarah’s organised, self-motivated and conscientious approach means she provides a very professional and efficient service. Her attention to detail along with a warm and welcoming manner make her an invaluable and dedicated member of the team.
ABBIE DIX
Abbie joined LIFE-FORCE in August 2023. She has a comprehensive background in marketing, web design and events management. This means she brings a wealth of knowledge along with a strong set of specialist IT skills and creative capabilities to the Centre. Her friendly, organised, enthusiastic approach along with extensive all-round digital office experience facilitate the insightful ongoing development of our IT systems for the benefit of the Organisation as a whole.
