Annual Reports

LIFE-FORCE as a professional organisation monitors the Counselling Service by finding out from our clients how they have found their counselling experience. All clients are asked to complete a confidential online Client Feedback Form at anytime during their therapy and we appreciate all feedback received.

The last Annual Report 2023-2024 about our Counselling Service recorded that overall, 97% of our clients would recommend the service to others. We are constantly striving to improve and develop what LIFE-FORCE can offer to anyone wishing to use our therapy services.

LIFE-FORCE makes our Annual Reports available to all Team Counsellors and Service Users.
