The Centre provides a Counselling Service for mental health & emotional difficulties.

Counselling & therapy sessions can be arranged face-to-face, online or by telephone.

The LIFE-FORCE Centre is an independent organisation situated in the heart of Colchester, close to the city centre on East Hill.

The Centre occupies a grade II listed building which has been renovated to a high standard and tastefully furnished to provide a comfortable, warm & inviting atmosphere. The building is also compliant with the required Health & Safety Standards.

LIFE-FORCE has run an affordable professional Counselling Service for over 30 years, providing therapeutic counselling to clients when ever possible. Our experienced office referral team is dedicated to matching clients with a suitable counsellor, usually within 3-5 working days.

The Counselling Service provided is of the highest professional standards and is run according to the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
