The Centre is a short 1 minute walk from Colchester town centre and a 5 minute walk from St. Botolphs (Colchester Town) train station.

Priory Street Car Park
Priory Street is a one-way street, which is to be found on the left upon proceeding down Queen Street. From the far end of the car park continue to walk along Priory Street to the end & turn left into East Hill(The China Centre is on the corner). Walk up East Hill towards the town centre, and LIFE-FORCE can be found on the left hand side of the road, 3 doors up from The China Centre and 3 doors down from the church.

St. Botolphs & Britannia Car Parks
St. Botolphs & Britania car parks are located at St. Botolphs railway station at the bottom of Queen Street. From Britannia car park proceed through a walk way and into Priory Street, turn right and follow directions as above from Priory Street Car Park.

Street Parking
Parking in East Hill and Roman Road is permissible Monday - Saturday after 6pm and Sunday anytime.
Parking in Roseberry Avenue, which is locate at the bottom of East Hill is not permissible Monday - Saturday 10-11am & 3-4pm

Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is permissible for blue badge holders, outside LIFE-FORCE in East Hill for up to 3 hours. However the main entrance is furnished with 3 steep steps up from the pavement into the building. LIFE-FORCE premises has one disabled car parking space at the rear of the premises for wheelchair users or visitors who are unable to manage the front entrance steps Access is via Priory Street just after the end of the car park, travell approximately 100 yards and turn left up a red brick incline, immediately before a red terracotta door. Disabled allocated parking is on the top of the slope on the right. Disabled blue badge holders who are visiting the premises on a regular weekly basis and need to use the rear disabled car parking space, must book through the office and provide details of their car's make, model & registration number. The Centre has a disabled friendly toilet, by the back entrance of the building.
