Nicky started her spiritual journey many years back through the practice of Yoga and then training in Homeopathy at the AMN followed by training in Person Centred Counselling, to Diploma level.

Nicky has pursued a career in Counselling since qualifying in 1992 and went on to obtain her personal BACP accreditation in 1996 and senior accreditation in 2003. She is also trained in group work and has facilitated experiential groups for Colchester Institute and has ran her own Creative Encounter Group at LIFE-FORCE.

More recently she has studied Person Centred Art Therapy Skills with Liesl Silverstone and after completing a trainers year now offers this wonderful creative certificated course at the Centre.

Nicky has been running LIFE-FORCE as sole Director since 1998.
