LIFE-FORCE was established in 1990 and moved to the beautiful Victorian building in Oxford Road in September 1994. More recently in June 2005 the Centre has relocated to 3 East Hill, Colchester. The business is comprised of three parts:

LIFE-FORCE Centre for Natural Well-Being Ltd.

Was founded May 1994, and houses the following services:

Therapeutic Counselling Service, with over 32 LIFE-FORCE team counsellors
A wide range of Holistic Therapies
A varied selection of short evening courses & groups
CPD - Working with Couples
Room hire of therapy rooms & group rooms.

LIFE-FORCE School of Counselling Ltd.

Was founded November 1995 and offers the following professional training courses, validated by accrediting bodies.
